The Museum of Transport
Everyone loves a scramble around vehicles, particularly kids with attention deficit disorder. This place fits the bill, and is cheaper than Ritalin. Debatable whether some exhibits are worthy of inclusion in a museum - you still see some unfortunate sods driving Chrysler Sunbeams - but there are plenty of proper oldies to check out. Shame it's not a bit more interactive, as it's the perfect place for a cross-generational Wacky Racers, or finally being able to answer that eternal riddle: which is faster, an angry monkey riding the world's oldest pedal cycle, or a small dog going downhill in a 1930s pram?
