Max's Bar & Grill
Although named after the hipster hangout of 60s and 70s New York, Max's
hasn't quite achieved the status of celebrity den yet. You're unlikely
to find Glasgow's answer to Andy Warhol, brush in hand, asking to see
the can his soup came in. What you will find is food that is both tasty
and affordable, friendly staff and a wide selection of drinks. We
recommend Glasgow's own St Mungo's beer - the only UK beer to be brewed
to German purity laws. Downstairs, La Cheetah Club hosts some of
Glasgow's most popular electronic music events, while DJs upstairs spin
disco and house at weekends.
