The Counting House
Do not veer away for fear of sticky carpets and dimly lit booths. This branch is totally different from any Wetherspoon's bar you may have visited in the past. Soaring ceilings, chandeliers and numerous side rooms set The Counting House aside from others bearing the brand. The prices are set at the standard rate that you'll find in any other Spoon's: cheap. The quality of food is similar: cheap, but you will get a terrific atmosphere, compelling décor and great views of George Square, if you can nab yourself the elusive window seat.
