Jing Loon

Bobo chicken might not sound like your typical Chinese dish but it certainly marks Jing Loon out from the hoisin-drenched crowd. The delightfully named concoction is the star on a takeaway menu as long as the Great Wall. Along with the Bobo (which comes bathing in a delectable chilli and plum sauce), try the crispy shredded beef.
