The Horseshoe Bar
The main reason people go to the Horseshoe Bar is for its relatively cheap booze and karaoke. Lots of famous people (and folk off reality pop star shows) have warmed up. If it's good enough for Travis, then it's good enough for Susan from accounts and her vodka-fuelled rendition of Ramblin' Rose. Regulars consist of old geezers during the day and workers, who've nipped in for their school dinner style lunch. It's old, long and dripping with 'weegieness', but you're more likely to end up in a fight than in the Top 40.
