Cafe Mao
Perfectly situated in the Merchant City, this vibrant and colourful cafe is great for a quick bite or a leisurely meal with your mates. The food is mainly Asian themed, serving everything from tempura to ramen with some traditional puddings thrown in for good measure. It's never hectic, even when it's packed, and even the staff act like they're just socialising with friends, giving the whole place a relaxed, friendly vibe. The location means it can be slightly pricey but we reckon it's worth every penny.
