Loon Fung

Lying in wait across from the Garage and Capitol like some kind of predatory creature which feeds on the hunger of the drunken, this place is open late so it's an excellent munchies venue. The food is pretty decent with the usual Chinese/Cantonese fare and the obligatory banana fritter thrown in for good measure, just to ensure that you don't go home without a few heart palpitations. Hard to get too excited about when you're sober, but once you've necked a few and seen this place with its lights still on, that chicken chow mein will look like the stuff of dreams.
