Independent cinemas can either be pretty pretentious or pretty perfect. This falls under the latter heading. If you're not dying to watch Rush Hour 6, or if you want to watch a film that doesn't make you throw your overpriced pick 'n' mix at the screen, or if you would just quite like to see something that makes you think, then this is the place for you. They even let parents bring their kids along without fear of being tutted at by morons. 450 films are screened every year along with special events and film courses. A cinema run by people who love film, and want to make sure you love film as much as they do.
