Pints and pints of pefectly poured Guinness and live folk music are the prominent features in McGinty's, which always seems to attract a rather diverse crowd of people. With raucous live music most nights, it always has a pretty energetic buzz about it and is surrounded by many alternatives on the bustling Ashton Lane if it isn't your cup of tea. It's very stereotypically Irish, albeit in a very independent way - McGinty's has all the craic you could ever need without having to resort to the same old Irish chain pub clichés.
