TGI Fridays

Bright and brash, this American–style diner does the trick rather well after work. It's always busy, but the service is quick and the staff are pleasant enough. There's no pretension – feel free to unashamedly fill your face with chicken coated in Jack Daniels and make TG–eyes at the barman who's just dropped his shaker. It ain't clever, but it's not one of these 'trendy' restaurants that pretend to be either. And do you want fries with that? Damn right you do.
