If it ain't broke don't fix it. The guys at Di Maggio's were clearly at the back of the queue when they handed out cliché knowledge and so got out their tool kits to create a vision of brash, bright modernity that defies everything the original stood for. Naff name, scandalous pricing and way, way off the mark –beware the fall–out.
