28 Apr 2008Exceptionally disappointing, staff surly to the point of rudeness and on meeting the manager we can see she leads from the front and the attitude of her staff is learned directly from her. Food took ages to arrive, one dish was over cooked yet still managed to arrive cold, one dish was sent back and the other order was wrong. Great setting for a sunny Sunday brunch shame about the horrible staff who made our experience one we would not wish to repeat. To take advantage of the rest of our sunny Sunday we went to the City Inn and sat by the river - the staff were a delight and the food delicious, Caffe Uno take note!
