Malmaison
Part of the hotel, it tries to offer something a little bit different and classier than the average restaurant. With a relaxed atmosphere and an interior that conjures up images of Paris in the thirties, it certainly makes for very refined dining. At least is does, until I lower the tone, sitting on my own, ordering a 12–litre bottle of Perrier Jouet. The modern menu has a global influence with house specialities such as steak and fish cakes.
