King Tut's Wah Wah Hut

Review

Ask any music-loving Glaswegian to name their favourite venues and chances are that ”King Tut's Wah Wah Hut“ will be the one of the first names from their lips. Consistently being voted as one of Radio 1's best live venues, this small bar is buried beneath offices and flats, just off Sauchiehall Street. It's doing a rubbish job of playing hide and seek though - King Tut's boasts a wealth of musical history, with some of the world's biggest bands having played there at some point: The Strokes, Beck, Radiohead and Oasis to name but a few.

Prices for gigs usually range from £6 - £11 you'll find the prices at the bar pretty standard for a City Centre bar, and as long as you don't mind doing your ”tinned sardine“ impression for a night, we'd recommend checking this little gem out. You might even uncover the next big thing in music. If we don't get there first.
