Tam Shepherd's Trick Shop (33 Queen Street, 0141 221 2310) is a Glasgow institution. Many a child has gazed in delight at whoopee cushions and fake dog shit wishing their parents would see the funny side and just buy the whole place for them. For funky clothes, Cult (63-67 Queen Street, 0141 226 6822) is the cat's ankles. Trendy, retro apparel for boys and girls, plus a sound system that will literally blow your socks off.
